Make being yourself your job.

Many people think of work as something we have to do. I'm curious what happens when we allow our work to be an expression of who we are.
Hello, I'm Emma (or you can call me Poochie).
Whether we're growing a business, leading an organisation, navigating a career, or creating a body of work, our work reflects the relationship we have with ourselves.
It reveals what we trust, what we hide from, what we long for, what we're afraid to express, and who we're ready to become.
For over a decade, I worked as a business development, brand, and communications strategist, helping purpose-driven organisations clarify what made them different and communicate their value.
Over time, I learned that the organisations making the greatest impact weren't any better at branding or marketing. They were led by people who knew who they were, what they believed in, and the unique contribution they wanted to make.
And, crucially, they were courageous enough to express their honest perspective, even when it challenged the status quo.
This insight changed the direction of my work.
Today, I bring together strategy, creativity, psychology and spirituality to help people see their unique value—and shape that into careers, businesses and creative work with resonance and impact.
I believe the most meaningful work begins by paying close attention to the ideas you can't stop thinking about. The topics and work that energise you. The unconscious patterns you keep repeating. The conversations that stay with you. And the part of you that's asking to take up more space.
My role is to help you clarify what you're already sensing. Then we work together to turn those insights into practical decisions and strategic action.
Sometimes that looks like starting a business. Sometimes it's repositioning an existing brand. Sometimes it's changing careers, moving overseas, returning to study, or finally allowing your ideas and work to be seen.
Mostly, it's learning to trust your own ideas, value, and process.
That's the work I love helping people do.
