What subtle forces are interfering with your growth?

Hello, I’m Emma Brophy (also Poochie). As a strategist and spiritual teacher, I help high-integrity founders accelerate the growth of their businesses and organisations.

For more than a decade, I worked closely with CEOs and founders across national NGOs, boutique consultancies, small businesses, and community initiatives. Over time, I noticed a clear relationship between a leader’s ego—their fears and need for control—and the ceiling on their business growth and impact.

Driven by curiosity and my personal healing journey, I left the corporate world to study the psychological, spiritual, and energetic dimensions of business. After doing the deep internal work to let go of my own ego, I now support other leaders to do the same. And watch their businesses flourish in the process.
